Managed Services
The IT services we offer focus on
preventing costly downtime from system failures. These
usually occur during a very busy time. We do not offer what
is known as "break - fix" support, but rather offer
preventive services. Once your business returns to normal,
we switch to our preventive mode.

Assessment Report Process:

Initial assessment of: industry sector, business plan,
vision, customers, current landscape, staff, facility, projects,
compliance, hurdles, business processes, plans, SWOT and budget.
Technical Assessment
Report Process:

Complete network overview: network infrastructure,
extended hardware, line of biz software, input output needs, storage,
power, telephony, IT management, security, backup & disaster recovery,
