Business Assessment Report Process:

1.       Initial assessment of: industry sector, business plan, vision, customers, current landscape, staff, facility, projects, compliance, hurdles, business processes, plans, SWOT and budget.

Technical Assessment Report Process:

2.       Complete network overview: network infrastructure, extended hardware, line of biz software, input output needs, storage, power, telephony, IT management, security, backup & disaster recovery, maintain & monitor, remote access, training and new technology.

Implement short list:

3.      Address simple to implement and immediate ROI finding; for example: misconfigured hardware drivers, hardware settings and / or cabling; adjustments to network routing; event log review & monitoring report clues; check / implement backup routine, Windows Update Services, Group Policy issues, etc.

Agreement and budget:

4.      With the tactical issues eliminated we can focus on upgrading any below standard devices, secure the network, reconfigure / add servers, services and their long term plans as in LOB, ERP, CRM related licensing.
